Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-11.

By using Nasim, operated by Imperium Advisors, LLC (“we”), you agree to these terms.

What the app is

A daily practice built around the Quran, Sunnah, and reflection. Reflections are written by an editorial team, not by scholars, and each one cites the classical sources it draws on. Quran translations and hadith are cited so you can verify them at the source.

What the app is not

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Subscriptions

Premium features, where offered, are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Free content remains free. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; manage that in your store account settings.

Content and intellectual property

The Arabic Quran text is from the Tanzil Project. The English translation is by Talal Itani (ClearQuran), used unmodified under CC BY-ND 4.0. Hadith are cited by collection and number; their English renderings are the editorial team’s own. Editorial text is ours. You may quote it with attribution; you may not resell or redistribute it.

Journal entries you write are yours. We claim no rights over them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the service, or use it to harass anyone.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
