Delete your Nasim account

Nasim is published by Imperium Advisors, LLC.

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time. You do not need to contact us.

Steps

1. Open Nasim on your device.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in to reach that screen, email nasimsupport@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your display name and profile photo
• Your journal entries, reflections and duas
• Your emotional check-ins and their history
• Your completed sessions and streak
• Your reminder time and prayer-time calculation settings

This happens immediately and is irreversible. Nothing is kept in a recoverable state and there is no additional retention period. Backups of our database are overwritten on a rolling 7-day cycle, after which no copy of your data remains.

What is not deleted

• Store subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel that in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Anonymous, non-identifying counts. Aggregate totals such as “how many sessions were completed this week” contain no personal data and cannot be linked back to you.

Before you delete

If you want a copy of your writing first, use Profile → Export my data in the app. It produces a complete file of everything above.
